Our FUNctional Fitness Class is growing and we have multiple other courses in the works! All our classes will be programmed and led or supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist.

FUNctional Fitness

FUNctional Fitness is a Physical Therapist programmed class designed to improve your strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. There are functional tests intermittently built into the programming so you can watch your progress grow over time!

Wednesdays/Fridays @ 1:00pm

Caregiver Class

Our Caregiver Class educates local caregivers with hands on practice to keep your loved one safe and reduce the risk of falling. This class utilizes a gait belt and appropriate body mechanics to reduce injury to the caregiver. Learn More Here

Flex Fit

Join us for a weekly 45 min class focusing on improving muscle flexibility and joint mobility.
